The trade in spare parts is a service to the customers with advantages to both the client and to the supplier. Components that have originally been obtained with third parties are well known by our department and quickly found and offered.
Parts of our own production of course are available mostly from stock.

The direct availability of essential spare parts is vital to ensuring work to continue without interruption. However, although a number of spare parts is practically always available from stock, we cannot ensure availability of all parts that may be needed in an emergency.
Keeping a stock of spare parts on board will reduce the cost of downtime and waiting for spare parts or a maintenance technician to arrive. It also permits you to remedy any defects yourself or carry out maintenance work with the spare parts available.
As the occasion arises, we can assist you over the telephone on how to carry out such operations.

Other parts for the equipment and automations on your dredgers and mechanical dredgers (Backhoe & Excavators) we can also supply. Such as: PLC modules, pressure and vacuum measurements, sensors, pneumatic indicators for suction tubes, temperature sensors, position measurement, hydraulic pressure, mixture density and velocity (flowrate) measurements, production indicators, yield indicators, vacuum relief & bypass valve, horizontal and vertical angle transmitters, motion sensors, etc., etc.

Our archives go back for many years and make the finding of the specification of a component that is not available any more still easy. So the client does not have to explore the world for finding a particular item or to address to a number of suppliers to try to fill a requisition from the dredge operator. While dredgers last much longer than electric or electronic technology does there are many requests for replacing obsolete items, preferably compatible to the original as to minimise the effort for building it into the system. Our department is aware of these wishes and will propose the best solution in this respect.

The availability of spare parts on board will contribute very much to the continuous operation of the dredger and so to the result and to the reputation of the exploitation.
